Corey is a co-founder, Director and Chief Scientist at EBM Analytics, and has led multidisciplinary teams providing independent research support for clinical groups in Australia and internationally since 2009. His primary focus is to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice, with a particular interest in effective clinical quality registries as part of learning health systems and impactful research programs. He obtained his PhD in biomechanics and functional anatomy from the Queensland University of Technology, and has an expansive publication record spanning articles in surgery, biomechanics, rehabilitation and clinical outcomes. Milad has been the lead engineer and data analyst at EBM Analytics since 2016, and is responsible for spearheading the development and deployment of clinical data registries. His key areas of focus are empowering patient participation and the automation of health system processes. He has an Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and has been involved in clinical research since 2013. Since then, he has supported multiple teams in orthopaedics, resulting in authorships of articles spanning surgery, biomechanics, rehabilitation and clinical outcomes. 

Meredith has been with EBM Analytics since 2017, and holds knowledge in research and health privacy legislation. She applies her expertise to help studies navigate ethics and governance frameworks from multiple jurisdictions across Australia and New Zealand, and is  continuing to strengthen the company’s data governance strategy after establishing the privacy management framework. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney in molecular imaging, and has a background in biomedical science. Since 2013, she has planned, coordinated and executed scientific and clinic studies, and co-authored several prospective and retrospective studies in orthopaedics. 

Manaal has been with EBM Analytics since 2017, and is involved on both the company’s operations and research fronts. She is responsible for streamlining internal workflows and processes, as well as the implementation and maintenance of the company’s systems and policies. Her insights into study management are applied to client strategy reports, study viability assessments, study plans and research protocols. She has a PhD in neuropathology awarded jointly by the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales, with a background in biomedical engineering. Since 2012, she has co-authored a number of peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts.

Kirra recently joined the EBM Analytics team in 2022, and brings with her 12 years of administration and practice management experience from different sectors within the healthcare industry. She has a Certificate III In Business (Medical Administration), and is responsible for health information management and data flow pertaining to our clinical quality registries. She provides training and on-call assistance to clinic staff in our clients’ practices, and helps refine internal systems to improve data flow processes. 

Kamila recently joined the EBM Analytics team in 2022, and has over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience, with five years exclusive to medical administration within a hospital setting. She is responsible for health information management and data flow pertaining to our clinical quality registries. She helps refine internal systems to improve data flow processes, and performs quality assurance activities on patient and treatment data.
